what i've learnt about magazine's so far

I have annotated this magazine front cover to explain what i learnt about magazines on friday 20th media lesson.
I found out that the way a front cover looks is planned to establish a tone/genre of the magazine and that the cover is the most important thing to sales.
More magazine doesnt have a selling line, but they are used to give a short, sharp description about what the magazine is about.
A coverline is on the third left because the way newsagents layout thier magazines shows this side and therfore the magzine is competing with everybody elses.

  1. Well done! Good presentation and notes. I will show you how to use Prezi on Friday for an even more dynamic way to present information. Something to think about: It says there are 5 different covers... why do you think they've done this?
